Ad-CRM - complete call centre management

Ad-CRM offers you leading edge technology designed to increase the efficiency of a publishers sales canvassing operation. It enables canvassing team supervisors to search the Corporate Database to select suitable targets for canvassing, minimising wasted time and increasing ad revenue. Leads can be extracted based on Expiring Adverts, Business Type & Location, Lapsed Advertisers or site specific info set-up via the Custom Fields facility.

Ad-CRM has two main areas of functionality. The Ad-CRM area for day-to-day use by the Sales team and a set of supervisory administrative tools known as Ad-Project. The application is browser-based and not only has it been designed with ease of use in mind, it has been developed by a team of experts who understand how a publishing advertising environment works.

Salesperson Diary - recording scheduled tasks, appointments and callbacks, it replaces a paper-based diary with one which can’t be lost and which automatically prompts tasks that have been timescaled.

Contacts Screen - retains all the incoming and outgoing contacts, which have been made that day. Once identified, customer account details are immediately displayed for the salesperson. These details are available from anywhere within Ad-CRM, by virtue of hyperlinks, meaning that details can be updated on-the-fly from anywhere within the application. A Permanent Contact element holds all the regular customers which a salesperson deals with. Clicking a hyperlink displays a detailed history of any previous calls made to the customer and their outcome. Custom fields provide an extended customer records facility.

Prospects Screen - this organises the canvassing projects (features) and associated prospects that have been assigned to the salesperson. When a prospect is selected their account details are displayed for the salesperson. Here a salesperson can also access statistics relating to their individual sales targets within the current project.

Call Window - immediately accessible from both the Contacts and Prospects screens, the salesperson can access sales scripts and information relating to the current canvassing project. Information taken during the call can be entered onscreen and any action resulting from the call can be implemented immediately. This includes seamlessly switching to the Ad-Booking client to book or re-book an advert.

Prospects Manager - Here a supervisor can create a canvassing project (feature/supplement) by using a wizard interface. Potential leads can be selected from the database, using search filters. The search filters can be selected from a pre-defined list or, if these are not suitable, the supervisor can create filters designed to their own specific criteria.
