Philip Walker - Managing Director
Philip, who has been a non-executive director of PCS since 2005, took over as MD at the beginning of April 2008 after moving from his role as IT Director for the Claverley Publishing companies. Philip joined the Midland News Association, publishers of the Express and Star in Wolverhampton and the Shropshire Star evening titles and their associated weeklies, as Group IT Manager in 1995. He became Group IT Director for the MNA in 1999. Following the MNA's acquisition of the Guiton Group of Companies, Philip was appointed to the board of Guiton Publishing Ltd, which incorporates the Jersey Evening Post and Guernsey Press.

Andy Bailey - Advertising Product Manager
Andy heads the team responsible for the design, development and support of PCS's advertising product suite. Andy joined PCS in 1994 as a software developer and has enjoyed a number of roles in both product development and project management.

Colin Bigmore - Customer Services Manager
Colin has over 20 year's experience with PCS having originally come from a commercial IT background before spending time as an IT manager with newspaper publishers. Colin has an extensive post-sales experience with PCS and is now responsible for project planning and implementation, coordination of PCS resources and communication between PCS Sales, Products Groups and external project stakeholders. Colin is also responsible for post-installation maintenance and contractual arrangements covering software, hardware, hosting and out-sourcing.

Peter Cole - Editorial and Product Manager
Peter has been with PCS for over 19 years and has been involved in the design, implementation and sales of PCS's pagination suite throughout this period. Peter and his team have the responsibility for the development and support of PCS's editorial, planning and production products including researching new products and technologies.

Jerry Hall - Commercial Team Manager
Jerry has been with PCS for 14 years, having previously worked for BT and Parascan Technologies, the later being where Jerry got his first taste of the newspaper industry (other than being the son of a newsagent and an ex-paperboy) in developing pre-press control and registration systems. Jerry is responsible for the development, implementation and support of PCS's commercial solutions with main emphasis on the Circulation and Distribution system.

Lawrence Hill - Commercial Director
Lawrence Hill, 53, has 15 years experience in software sales and eight years in infrastructure. He joined PCS in 2009 from Proquis Ltd, a global software vendor in the governance, risk and compliance sector, where he was responsible for partner sales in Europe and direct sales in the UK. A former Master Mariner, driving super tankers and third generation gas tankers, Lawrence is married with three grown up children.

Lynda Holloway - Financial Controller
Lynda has been with PCS for over seven years as Financial Controller and has over twenty five years experience in accountancy. She is responsible for all the day-to-day functions of the accounts and administration departments.

Mark Read - Sales Director
Mark joined PCS in 1999 from the Midland News Association, where he was responsible for managing advertising in editions of the Express and Star and weekly Chronicle series. Mark has enjoyed roles as Sales Executive and Sales Manager at PCS and now heads the Sales Department as Sales Director, covering all aspects of product sales, sales support and marketing.

Kenny Shepherd - Property Team Manager
Kenny has been with PCS for over ten years and originally started as a developer in 1998.  Since then he has been responsible for the design, development and support of PropertyNet within the company.  Kenny has been a driving force behind introducing more progressive development practices such as agile development and continuous integration systems to the company's workflow.

Simon Welch - Head of Managed Services
Simon has worked in IT within the Claverley Group of Companies, for more than 18 years, starting as a computer operator in 1990 and heading the MNA IT department since 2005 before moving to PCS along with the other IT team members. The Managed Service Division of Press Computers is a newly formed business unit which provides the technical architecture to enable PCS to implement its future development strategy. It is Simon's role to oversee the installation, provisioning and support of new and existing architecture, always delivering the highest quality technical support. Managed Services is responsible for supporting all hardware and for the delivery of services within a high availability hosted environment.
