TriMedia Publishing to benefit...

TriMedia Publishing, publishers of the Oxford and Basingstoke Journals and Living Magazines, have ordered Sales Advantage, the ABS sales process workflow from PCS.

Additional leads lists can be delivered at appropriate times for special projectss such as supplements and features. All territory-driven customer activities, such as calls to regular accounts, prospects and diary tasks are available to all members of the territory team, guaranteeing no opportunity is missed. Sales Advantage also pro-actively highlights any regular customers who have not been contacted in a specific timeframe.

TriMedia will also benefit as ABS's accounts and credit management solution is introduced as part of the agreement. This will help establish and maintain positive credit control/customer relationships as the system enables credit controllers to respond proactively to overdue customer accounts. When accounts fall outside of their agreed terms they are instantly identified allowing the relevant action to be taken promptly, reducing debt, outstanding queries and barriers to sales.

ABS is a fully integrated solution, with advertising and accounts sharing a common database, ensuring that all communication with the customer is consistent, giving a perception of professionalism, no matter who is dealing with the customer.

The new accounts and credit management functions in ABS will also help us to improve cash flow."

The order also includes Adapt Planning, PCS's advertising pagination solution, which can feed advert page positional information back to the advertising system. This two-way, seamless interface, along with web browser access, allows the sales team in remote offices to keep track and manage the plans as the publication comes together.

The system is currently being installed and will be live by the end of August.
