Self Service allows customers to view their account and transaction details online, download or print a statement or copy invoice, proof completed adverts and make payment for any outstanding invoices.

Seamlessly integrated with ABS, Self Service improves the 'customer experience' when reviewing and paying for advertising and reduces the cost of producing account documents by automatically supplying them by e-mail.


Features

Self Service encourages prompt payment by enabling trade and private customers to login securely via the internet, view their account and transaction details, download or print a statement or copy invoice, proof completed adverts and make a secure payment for outstanding invoices. Multiple logins are available for corporate or agency customers.

Online payments are automatically reconciled with the accounts system, lightening the workload of credit control departments.

Self Service will directly email invoices, statements and reminders to customers, as a PDF document, reducing printing and postal costs.

Customers can see a breakdown of their account transactions over a specified date range using the powerful 'My account' view, as well as being able to raise queries with the accounts and credit control team, so increasing back office efficiency.

The 'My Adverts' view shows adverts as JPEG thumbnails. or full PDFs. Customers can see exactly what they have been charged for by optionally viewing the invoice associated with their adverts.

A comprehensive audit of all customer payments and requests for copy documents is maintained and available for the accounts team to manage.
