Free Distribution and Leaflet Sales OverviewThe NCS Free Distribution and Leaflet Sales module provides a comprehensive distribution mechanism for doorstep delivery of free publications and leaflet drops with a minimum amount of administration overhead and conforms to all the latest legislative requirements including national minimum wage rules. The module can handle ‘one off’ local leaflet campaigns to nationwide advertising campaigns, being delivered solus or as a publication insert. Frees and Leaflets can work as part of the integrated NCS solution or as a single stand-alone module. FeaturesThe NCS Free Distribution and Leaflet Sales module provides a comprehensive distribution mechanism for doorstep delivery of free publications and leaflet drops with a minimum amount of administration overhead and conforms to all the latest legislative requirements including national minimum wage rules. The module can handle ‘one off’ local leaflet campaigns to nationwide advertising campaigns, being delivered solus or as a publication insert. Leaflet bookings can be automatically imported into the system eliminating the need for re-keying. A comprehensive set of options allows the users to target letterboxes by various methods including full publication, post code, round or a combination of them all. A number of distribution costing methods are also available. Previously constructed round lists are saved as Distribution Areas making them available should a client wish to place a repeat order. Distribution jobs with known periodicity can be set up correctly dated, to create the necessary repeat distribution jobs. Wage processing calculates payments for all employees and can include expenses, National Minimum Wage top ups and holiday’s. Employee holiday changes are easily accommodated, substitute cover is provided which is automatically reversed afterwards. The quality of distribution is monitored using the customer complaints logging analysis tools. The distribution Back Checking mechanism is managed either internally or can be exported to a 3rd party back checking company, helping to reduce waste copies and helps manage customer satisfaction. A wide variety of third party interfaces enables NCS to be integrated with Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF) systems, Telephone Preference Service, Back Checking Services, most mailroom equipment, third party accounting and payroll systems, mapping systems and report writers. Should customers prefer, invoices can be produced from within NCS rather than from the third party accounting system. |
